2. show reel week
5 Days | 19 - 23 August | 10am-4pm
Open to all abilities! During our 5 Day Show Reel week, our talented WestWayers will embark on a fun and intensive journey towards a captivating a 20-minute group performance in our theatre. This performance will be filmed and submitted to Disney. Disney will then let us know if we’re successful by Christmas. Disney are looking for a slick and polished performance with lots of passion and energy. This is your moment to shine no matter your experience or ability!
3. PERFORM AT DISNEYLAND
August 2025 | Dates TBC
Perform on the main stage in the centre of Disneyland Paris. August 2025. The experience is a 3-day trip and includes travel, a subsidised stay in a Disney hotel and time to enjoy the magic at the Disney parks. While parents and families are warmly welcomed to join in the magic if they wish, the full trip is organised and supervised by WestWay’s experienced team. Our team are chaperone and first aid trained and have master’s degrees in Education. They have also organised this exciting adventure before! So you can take comfort in knowing that your child will be enveloped in a safe world of enchantment, laughter, and cherished memories.

Do parents / carers need to join the trip?
No but you are welcome to join us! At WestWay School of Performing Arts, we understand the importance of trust, safety, and unforgettable experiences. Rest assured, as your child embarks on their magical journey to Disneyland Paris, they will be under the devoted care of our experienced WestWay team every step of the way. From the moment they arrive to the final curtain call, our dedicated staff will ensure their well-being, nurturing their talents and guiding them through the wonders of Disney. While parents and carers are warmly welcomed to join in the magic if they wish, they can take comfort in knowing that their child will be enveloped in a world of enchantment, laughter, and cherished memories, all under the watchful eye of WestWay. Let the adventure begin – worry-free and filled with boundless possibilities!
How much does it cost?
Audition week in August 2024 (£197 not including sibling discount)
Additional rehearsals (usually x2 hours monthly) between the audition and Disney performance (max £9.5 per hour)
Disney Trip 2025. The last trip to Disney cost c£600 per performer including travel, breakfast, 2-night stay in a Disney hotel, and the team as chaperones. Additional rooms for friends and family vary depending on hotel, age of children and number of people sharing. More info will be shared at the Q&A. Prices subject to change.
I’m not a WestWay Student. Can I join?
Yes, we would love you to join! You will be required to attend our weekly term classes between the audition and the Disney performance. It’s highly important that our students build a good bond and ensemble spirit before the performance! We also need to make sure behaviour is exceptional before representing WestWay on an international stage.
