Fees & Cancellations

• A non-refundable deposit is required 5 weeks prior to the start of term to secure a place.
• Cancellations made more than 21 days before the start of term will forfeit the deposit only.
• Cancellations made 21 days or fewer before the start of term will be charged the full term fees, regardless of attendance.
• The remaining balance is due 10 days before the start of term.
• Failure to attend classes, late withdrawal, or non-attendance does not release the parent/guardian from payment obligations.
• No refunds or reductions are given for missed classes.
