WestWay School of Performing Arts - Musical Theatre Classes Competition Terms and Conditions

**1. Eligibility:**

1.1 The competition is open to new students aged 3-18 who wish to enroll in musical theatre classes at WestWay School of Performing Arts.

**2. Prize:**

2.1 The prize includes one free term of musical theatre classes, valued up to £345.

**3. Competition Period:**

3.1 The competition will be featured in The Guardian newspaper on 24/02/2024.

3.2 Entries must be submitted by [insert closing date].

**4. Enrollment Conditions:**

4.1 The prize is valid for the term starting on 20th April for the Twickenham branch and from September for Clapham classes.

4.2 The winning child must join WestWay School of Performing Arts at the beginning of the specified term.

**5. Eligibility for Clapham Classes:**

5.1 The offer for Clapham classes is applicable only from September.

**6. New Students Only:**

6.1 The competition is open to new students only. Existing students are not eligible.

**7. Not in Conjunction with Other Offers:**

7.1 The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.

**8. Subject to Availability:**

8.1 The prize is subject to class availability at WestWay School of Performing Arts.

**9. Auditions:**

9.1 Auditions may be required for certain classes. WestWay School of Performing Arts will notify winners if an audition is necessary.

**10. Behaviour:**

10.1 The child must exhibit exceptional behavior. WestWay School of Performing Arts reserves the right to refuse attendance or terminate the prize if the child's behavior is deemed inappropriate or disruptive.

**11. Dress Code:**

11.1 The child must come appropriately dressed in all plain black attire for the classes.

11.2 Failure to adhere to the dress code may result in the child being denied participation in the classes.

**12. Food and Drinks:**

12.1 Food and drinks are not provided during the classes. Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring their child has necessary refreshments.

**13. General Terms:**

13.1 The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other services.

13.2 WestWay School of Performing Arts reserves the right to amend or withdraw the competition at any time.

13.3 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
